An Oregon Favorite! We use only the Marionberry Blackberry which has proven itself to be extremely well adapted to Oregon’s climate. Good size, bright black in color, but it is the flavor that made them a hit. Less acidic than other blackberry varieties the Marion’s flavor is more acceptable and therefore has grown in popularity. Almost 2/3rds of all Blackberries grown in Oregon are now Marions. The wine produces a lighter juice than you might expect, smooth, very mellow and extremely good tasting. This is on outstanding Premium Fruit Wine.

5 of 5 A blackberry wine above others. June 4, 2022

I have always had a taste for blackberries.  I grew up around them, picking them with my family, making jams and cobblers, and have several heirloom plants today.  The problem I found was that I have no skill in making wine.  So, in my journey to find a great blackberry wine I tried seven (7) different companies.  This one was everything I wanted.  It has a bold flavor while keeping enough sweetness.  My opinion is just that but this is my favorite wine of all time.

I bought a few bottles to serve at Christmas Dinner.  The BlackBerry wine was a huge hit!  Coming back for more.
